The amount of remuneration is determined on an individual basis depending on the nature of the task. I suggest a system of settlements based on one of three forms or a mix of them.
Flat rate system
The flat rate system means fixed monthly remuneration based on the estimated average number of working hours per month. This system is addressed mainly to firms and business entities.
Hourly rate system
Remuneration is calculated based on the actual work load calculated in hours at an agreed hourly rate.
Success fee system
Remuneration is based on an agreed lump sum amount and a one-time fee for the successful outcome of the task.
